Have the events of our world taken a toll on you this week? Are you concerned, scared, and wondering where God is when we see Israel at war with Hamas, Russia continuing its barrage on Ukraine, inflation and interest rates at 30+ year highs, and people more polarized than ever?
This Sunday, we begin a new series called The Life of Joseph: From the Pit to the Palace, and we will wrestle with God’s sovereign plans when our experiences don’t seem to add up. Join us in person or online for these six amazing weeks as we look to Scripture to be a lamp to our feet and a light for our path. Houston weather is finally cooling down, which means it's finally nice to be outside again! This month, bring your family and spend some time outdoors with us and the communities around our CityRise campuses by attending our Fall Carnival in West University (Friday, October 20) and Fall Festival in Missouri City (Saturday, October 28)!
