Pathways Update

CityRise continues to make exciting progress through our Pathways initiatives across our campuses! Each milestone represents more than construction and campus improvements—it reflects our shared commitment to creating welcoming spaces where people can worship, build community, grow in faith, and encounter the love of Jesus. We are grateful for the generosity, prayers, and continued support that are helping bring this vision to life.

West U Baptist: Parking Lot Progress and Broken Ground
We are excited to share that the Milton Street parking lot at West U Baptist is now fully open and functional, complete with its new fence! We are putting the finishing touches on this project, with lighting and final landscaping still to come. This is an important step forward in improving accessibility and creating a more welcoming experience for everyone who visits our campus.

And the progress doesn't stop there! We have officially broken ground on the parking lot on Amherst, marking another exciting milestone in the ongoing work at West U Baptist. We look forward to seeing this project take shape as we continue investing in spaces that serve our church family and the surrounding community.

Bellaire: Looking Ahead with Prayer
At our Bellaire Campus, we are eagerly anticipating the next step in our landscape project. The Bellaire City Council is scheduled to vote on our proposal on November 2, and we ask our CityRise family to join us in prayer as this important decision approaches.

We are hopeful for the opportunity to begin this project soon and continue enhancing our campus. Please pray for the Lord's favor, wisdom for city leaders, and a smooth path forward as we work toward bringing this vision to completion.

Missouri City: Another Step Forward
We also have wonderful news from our Missouri City Campus! The parking lot is scheduled to be available for parking beginning Sunday, October 25. This is another meaningful milestone in the Pathways work taking place at Missouri City, where continued improvements are helping prepare the campus for the future.

After a season of significant construction and change, each completed phase brings us closer to having spaces that better support worship, ministry, and fellowship. We are thankful for everyone's patience throughout this process and excited to see our campus continue to take shape.

Save the Date: West U Baptist Gallery Groundbreaking
One of our next big milestones is just around the corner! Mark your calendars for Sunday, November 8, as we celebrate the groundbreaking of the Gallery construction project at our West U Baptist Campus.

The day will begin with a special combined worship service at 8:30 a.m., bringing our church family together for a time of worship and celebration. Then, at 11:00 a.m., we will gather on the lawn to officially break ground and enjoy lunch together.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate how far we have come, look forward to what lies ahead, and give thanks for the many people whose generosity and faithfulness have made this work possible. We hope you will join us as we mark this exciting new chapter in the life of our campus!

Every Pathways milestone is a reminder that ministry is about people. While these projects involve parking lots, landscaping, and new construction, their purpose reaches far beyond the physical spaces themselves. We are investing in places where people can gather to worship, families can find community, children and students can grow in their faith, and lives can be transformed by the Gospel.
