I know many of you are enjoying Spring Break this week, whether that means traveling, spending time with family, or simply enjoying a lighter flow of traffic around town.
 
This past Sunday we began our Easter sermon series, “The Power of the Cross.” As we move through these weeks leading to Easter, we’ll be reflecting on the power of the life-changing truth of what Jesus accomplished through His sacrifice and resurrection.

And as Easter approaches, now is a great time to begin thinking about who you might invite. Easter weekend is one of the most meaningful opportunities we have each year to welcome friends, neighbors, and family members to hear the good news of Jesus.

I’m praying that these weeks leading up to Easter on Sunday, April 5 will deepen our gratitude for the cross and renew our hope in the resurrection.
