Because You Give: Ireland Mission Trip

Because you give, CityRise returned to Roscrae, Ireland, earlier this summer for the fourth time to continue a ministry that is growing in both participation and impact. What began as an opportunity to serve the community through Vacation Bible School has become a meaningful annual ministry.

Fourteen CityRise team members traveled to Roscrae with servant hearts and a desire to share the love of Jesus with children and families. This year, 91 children participated! Through VBS, the team created opportunities for kids to learn about God, grow in their faith, build relationships, and experience the joy of being part of a community centered on Christ.

One of the most encouraging parts of returning year after year is seeing how God continues to deepen the relationship between CityRise and the people of Roscrae. The community has embraced the CityRise team, and each visit provides another opportunity to strengthen friendships, encourage local believers, and demonstrate the love of Christ through service.

The growth of VBS is a wonderful reminder that faithful ministry can have an impact that extends far beyond a single week. Relationships are being built, trust is growing, and the gospel is being shared with another generation.
