Dear Church Family,

“Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.” (Psalm 107:1).

As we gather today to give thanks, I pray that we are grateful not only for blessings, but for the steadfast love of our Father who is always good, always faithful, and always holy. He is the God of our hills and valleys, and He promises to never forsake us.

And let’s give thanks that the King has come to be with us! The season of Advent begins this weekend with our new series, The King Has Come. Come this Sunday to worship Emmanuel, God with us, and visit cityrise.org/christmas for additional schedules and events throughout December.
