A Note from Pastor Roger

Dear Church Family,
 
Our vision statement at CityRise is "To lift our city and the world by generously giving the gospel of Jesus Christ." It's more than a statement—it's foundational to everything we do. It comes from Proverbs 11:10a and Proverbs 11:11a: "When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices,” and “Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted." We long to reach our city and beyond to glorify the name of Jesus through worship and studying God's Word on our campuses, connecting with our neighboring communities, and deploying around the world.
 
For several years now, one of the strongest intentional ways we've been enhancing this reach is through digital ministry. These days, we see people increasingly eager for truth, and we want to offer them the truth of Christ in any way we can. We have a presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and our website receives significant traffic from seekers and believers alike.

And did you know that since May of 2025, our CityRise channel on GLU has been the #1 channel consumed on the platform? I am grateful that the Lord is taking our messages, our testimonies, podcasts, and livestreams, and propelling them throughout the world. I am also thankful for Justin Kellough, our Media Arts Pastor, Wes Mathew, our Production Director, and the entire team of volunteers and staff who help us run the lights, sound, and cameras so that we can push the message of the gospel out on various digital platforms.
