A Note from Pastor Roger

Dear Church Family,
We are fully in Christmas mode at CityRise! This past weekend saw two of our most popular, annual events take place: Gingerbread House decorating and a performance of Handel's Messiah.
Both events received incredible turnout from our church family and the community. Over 300 people came to decorate gingerbread houses (many who were not members of CityRise), and Messiah Sunday saw over 1,000 people attend across both services at West U Baptist! Please enjoy the photos below in this email, and if you missed the beautiful performance of Messiah, you may view it here.

Christmas is such a fun and wonderful season to celebrate with family and friends and to ultimately remember God's humble coming to be with us as our Emmanuel. We invite you to attend one of our five Christmas Eve services on Tuesday, December 24. You can find the schedule for those services and other Christmas events at cityrise.org/christmas or by tapping the "Christmas at CityRise" button within the CityRise app.
And as 2024 draws to a close, please consider making a year-end contribution to help us end the year strong. You may go to cityrise.org/give or use the Give button in the CityRise app to give online, place an offering in the plate on Sunday, or even deliver an offering in person to our Business Office by Tuesday, December 31.
We'll see you on Sunday, Church Family!
Stay Expectant,
Pastor Roger
