At CityRise, we believe that helping you form godly relationships with peers and caring adults is key in the discipleship process. The Holy Spirit does incredible work, and there's something special about the middle school and high school years. Faith in Christ can truly take root during this season because it is ripe for spiritual development, so we are committed to creating meaningful ministries, activities, and events to come alongside you and your parents in your goal of following Jesus.

Students at Every Campus

West U Baptist Campus

At West U Baptist, CityRise Students is dedicated to serving and growing students and their families in the Inner Loop of Houston. Stop by the Welcome Desk to be directed to the right space.

Bellaire Campus

Positioned in the Inner Loop as well, CityRise Students is dedicated to growing your children with leaders that care in the Bellaire area.  Check out the Visitors Center to get connected.

Missouri City Campus

Serving students is a daily activity in Missouri City. From after school and tutoring, to Sunday worship, CityRise is ready to serve your students and be a light in Missouri City.

During the School year

Students in 6th through 12th grade can join us Wednesday nights and on certain Fridays.

MidRise

For middle school students

Wednesday nights, 6-7:30p
West U Student Building

Discipleship Groups

For high school students

Wednesday nights, 7:30-8:30p

Middle School Madness

One night a month is Middle School Madness, a night full of activities and dinner. Each month is different!

Community Groups

Jump into a Community Group any Sunday you attend during that campus's Community Group time. This will be a time for you to connect and engage  with your peers as you learn to walk with Jesus together.

Classes

The entire church engages in classes, and so can students!  Classes are a great way to engage with an idea or topic for a short period of time.  Other times student-specific classes are available to help you learn specific things: like baptism classes.

Spring Break Mission Trips

VBS is our biggest kids event each year! Elementary-aged students enjoy a week of singing, dancing, games, group activities, and Bible lessons all centered on a theme.

VBX Middle School

VBX is the best way to kick off Summer! Games, small group Bible study, large group worship services, and outdoor recreational games.

BigStuf

For students who will complete 8th-12th grade for the 2023-2024 school year.
BigStuf is a high-energy Christian camp for high school students in Panama City Beach, Florida.
