Undergraduate Higher Education
Requirements:
- Must be a member of a CityRise campus for a minimum of 1 year, demonstrating active participation
- Must have been previously accepted into an institution of higher learning
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Must have an average passing grade in current school year (if in college, GPA > or equal to 2.5)
- Contributes consistently to the life of the Church

- STEP 1: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION
- Download and complete the CityRise Scholarship Application here.
- A completed application also includes essay answers and your most current transcript.
- STEP 2: SUBMIT
- Documents to submit: Completed CityRise Scholarship Application, essay answers, current transcript.
