Dr. Louis Blom is the visionary leader and the President of Judea Harvest, a renowned Christian organization dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission through church planting and holistic community transformation, since 1999. With a strong academic background, Dr. Blom holds a Doctorate in Theology, specializing in Missiology, from a prestigious institution. His academic pursuits have provided him with a solid theological foundation and an in-depth understanding of cross-cultural ministry, contextualization, and effective strategies for church planting.
Throughout his career of 35 years, Dr. Blom has demonstrated a tireless commitment to advancing God's Kingdom, particularly in regions of great need. He has spent extensive time serving and ministering in various parts of Africa, gaining valuable insights into the cultural nuances, challenges, and opportunities for sharing the Gospel in diverse contexts.
Under Dr. Blom's leadership, Judea Harvest has flourished as a catalyst for change, bringing the hope and love of Christ to countless communities, in fourty nations of Africa. Through strategic partnerships, training programs, and community engagement initiatives, the organization has successfully planted more than 29 000 thriving indigenous churches, empowered local believers, and implemented sustainable development projects that address the holistic needs of individuals and communities.

DR. MARK EDWORTHY • CityRise Missouri City Campus Pastor & CityRise Network Director
Mark served with the International Mission Board for 28 years leading the work among Europeans for the last 12 years of his service. He and his wife, Susie, returned to Houston in 2019 and joined the CityRise family in 2020.
He is the founding campus pastor of CityRise Missouri City and the CityRise Network Director.

DR. DARRIN MOORE • Pastor of Truevine Missionary Baptist Church, Spring Texas
Dr. Darrin W. Moore is the Pastor of Truevine Missionary Baptist Church in Spring, Texas, where he was called into ministry in 2009 and elected Pastor in 2013. A native of Opelousas, Louisiana, he holds degrees from the United States Military Academy (B.A.), University of Virginia (MBA), Duke University (Ph.D.), The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and Duke Divinity School (Th.M.).
Dr. Moore serves as a Information Systems Manager at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and has previously worked with organizations including the CIA and Hewlett Packard. He holds the PMP credential and is a member of the Project Management Institute, and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.,
He and his wife, Arlean Lettsome Moore, were married in 2003 and have faithfully shared their lives in service to God’s will. Together, they are devoted to using their knowledge and gifts for the edification of the body of Christ and the advancement of God’s Kingdom

Stephen Smith serves as CEO and Lead Strategist at Aerable, where he partners with churches and nonprofits to develop clear strategies, foster healthy leadership cultures, and grow ministries that bear lasting fruit.
