Chevron Houston Marathon — This Sunday Morning!
If you’re coming in person, don’t forget that this Sunday is also the Chevron Houston Marathon. Certain streets around the city will be closed that morning—particularly University Blvd and Weslayan St, which are right next to our West U campus—so depending on which campus you come to, you might have take a different route. RISE Together Today
And lastly, I was greatly encouraged by the turnout at our first RISE Together Today meeting this past Sunday! Over 150 people showed up intent on making healthy changes to their lives. It’s not too late to sign up and attend the next meeting this Sunday night, January 15 from 6-7:30pm in the West U Baptist gym. Find out more and register at cityrise.org/rise.
