At CityRise, we believe that leading children to a saving faith in Jesus is one of the best ways to make disciples. The Holy Spirit does incredible work in people of all ages, leading people to Christ in all stages of life, but there's something special about the childhood years. A child's receptiveness to the gospel is ripe for introducing them to the truth of Jesus, His perfect life, death for our sins, and resurrection. We are committed to creating meaningful ministries, activities, and events to come alongside parents in their goal of leading their children to Jesus.
Sundays
At our West U Baptist and Crosspoint Church - Bellaire campuses
KidRally is a dynamic time of big-group worship designed specifically for children! Time flies as children learn about Christ, engage in worship with motions and movement, and participate in games and challenges.
Children also enjoy choosing their favorite activity during "Free Space," a time when kids build friendships through GaGa Ball, Basketball, and weekly art projects. It is a safe, supervised, meaningful, and super fabulous time!

In these age-separated small groups, led by amazing volunteers, children study through the Bible chronologically, learning how all Scripture points to the significance of Christ and enjoying hands-on activities that support their learning for the week. It is a wonderful time for children to make friends their age while learning about their faith.

At our West U Baptist and Crosspoint Church - Bellaire campuses, children are taught in age-separated small groups led by amazing childcare workers. Preschoolers experience a different Bible story each Sunday! They interact with the story using all five of their senses, practice the monthly memory verse, play related games, do crafts, sing worship songs, eat a snack, and have lots of fun with their friends!

A Children’s Village is the Preschool Ministry of KidStuff. Our purpose is to provide care and valuable experiences for the spiritual, mental, physical, emotional, and social development of each child. We accomplish this through daily learning and developmental experiences consistent with the Christian principles of CityRise.

VBS is our biggest kids event each year! Elementary-aged students enjoy a week of singing, dancing, games, group activities, and Bible lessons all centered on a theme.
