For CityRise Staff or Approved Individuals Only

Communications Request Form

Before you request . . .

Important Notes:

• Because of the design team we use, in order to adhere to their schedule, EVENT PROMOTION and multi-page PRINT MATERIAL requests now require 10 business days notice; other design-related and single-page print projects require 5 business days notice.

• All design-related requests (e.g. EVENT PROMOTION, PRINT MATERIAL/DETAILED SIGNAGE, GRAPHIC DESIGN) must include an inspiration image, or you must choose to relinquish design feedback to move forward. You will be given the option to (1) provide an inspirational image, (2) provide a link to one, (3) indicate that you'd like the previous version repeated (if it is a repeating event), or (4) indicate that you're okay with what Communications chooses from the designer. If Option 4 is chosen, any rounds of revision will be for accuracy of information only; see the next point below.

• There will only be two rounds of revision. Please be as thorough as possible with your feedback to have the design you desire.

EVENT PROMOTION: Got an event coming up? Select this option! Because of the design team we use, event requests require at least 10 business days notice. Please note, you DO NOT need to select "Web Page Content Update" when selecting "Event Promotion." All events will be added to the site by or around the 10 business days target.

EMAIL CAMPAIGN: Email Campaigns require (1) an Event Promotion to be requested either within the same request or in a previous request and (2) permission from your supervisor to send a mass email within FellowshipOne. Distribution of the mass email lies with the requester or the ministry making the request. Communications will prepare a timeline and template to be used. Be thoughtful of the date when you request a Campaign--the more in advance, the more emails can be sent and the more effective the campaign.

PRINT MATERIAL/DETAILED SIGNAGE: Single-page requests (including front and back) can have a turnaround time of 5 business days, depending on the project. Because of the design team we use, multipage print projects require at least 10 business days notice. Please note that primary printing responsibilities belong to the ministry making the request unless Communications elects to print on a ministry's behalf. Be thoughtful of the date when you need to print! Detailed Signage: Detailed Signage means a sign that is more than simple and requires design (e.g. building directions, Exit Only). Communications does not need to make a simple sign, but please send a copy of it to someone in Communications to look over it for branding consistency.

GRAPHIC DESIGN (NON-EVENT): If you need a design for a physical item (e.g. T-shirts, yard signs), please note that primary ordering responsibilities belong to the ministry making the request. Be thoughtful of the date when you need to order and what filetypes you need! If the design is for digital display on screens (e.g. welcoming new staff), Communications will make sure to add it to the rotations, unless the screen is not one to which we have access, in which case we will send you the finished file.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Please be thoughtful of the date you request Photography--the more in advance, the more likely a photographer will be available. Communications reserves the right to deny a Photography request if a suitable photographer cannot be scheduled.

VIDEOGRAPHY: The length of time to receive a video back is dependent on the type of video requested.

WEB PAGE CONTENT UPDATES: Use this option if you'd like to update an existing page or element on a page. We aim for a 3-business-day turnaround. DO NOT request this if you are wanting to put a new event on the site! Please use the "Event Promotion" option.

PAY-TO-BOOST FACEBOOK POST: Paying to boost a Facebook post requires an Event Promotion to be requested either within the same request or in a previous request. Payment responsibilities belong to the ministry making the request. Communications will contact you about specific information after your request has been submitted.

JOB POSTING: Job postings can only be requested by the Executive Pastor's Office. If you have a job opening you'd like to post, please contact the Executive Pastor's Office first for approval.
